About Me

Hi, I'm Cameron Kuey. I sold candy bars in high school, and I've been building things ever since: businesses, stories, and lately, the systems and software that help teams do their best work.

Today I'm the Director of Business Operations at Doodle Pirates Foundation, a nonprofit that trains neurodivergent adults in real-world work skills. I design how the organization runs, then build the tools that run it. That includes four connected Airtable bases, about 20 AI agents mapped to roles across six departments, and an internal dashboard I took from concept to production in under two weeks as product owner, building with Claude Code and Claude Design and reviewing every change. Before that, I spent four years at Modern Health. As a Creative Producer I ran scheduling, logistics, and live production for 570+ provider-led group sessions. As Content Operations Manager I built 150+ automations across Zapier, Airtable, Salesforce, Quickbase, and Google Apps Script, working with Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, Clinical, Finance, and Legal to turn messy requirements into systems that worked.

I started out as a storyteller. In 2012 I founded Cosie Co., a photo and video company that grew from solo freelancing to a 10-year business serving 200+ clients. In 2015 I founded The Cultivation Project, a faith-based nonprofit media organization, and led it as Executive Director through 2022, directing a 10+ person team that produced 100+ documentaries, promotional videos, and podcast episodes. I've also given keynotes and led workshops on video production and storytelling, including a four-week filmmaking bootcamp in 2020.

The thread through all of it: I love telling stories, solving hard problems, and finding better ways to get information from one place to another.
